Phone Discussion with our Recruiter

If your profile matches what we are looking for, our recruiter will have a discovery call with you to better understand your background, experience and motivation.  We will also take this time to share with you further about the job opening and the culture of Firmenich.

Phone Discussion with the Hiring Manager

Welcome to the second stage!  At this point, your interview with the recruiter must have been a positive experience for both you and Firmenich and we would now like to invite you to a phone discussion with the hiring manager.  During this phase the discussion will focus on your key competencies and skills relevant to the open position.

On-Site Interview

Now it’s time to meet in person!  Our recruitment team are experts to ensure a seamless scheduling process  and make your time as efficient as possible.  Rest assured!

At this time (depending on the position applied to) we may invite you to participate in our online surveys which will help provide us insights on what motivates you, what environments maximize your performance, and your cognitive learning ability.  By gathering this information, we will help ensure a best in class recruitment experience for you where you will be given the opportunity to receive verbal feedback about the insights gathered to help your career development.

Interviews are always a two-way communication, so do not be shy to ask questions about our unique culture, values, people, career development, etc. This will also be a time that you will have the opportunity to visit some of our fantastic open space work environments which have been designed and developed to maximize collaboration and performance.
