Discussion with our Recruiter

If your profile matches what we are looking for, our recruiter will have a discovery call or video conference with you to better understand your background, experience and motivation.  We will also take this time to share more information about the job opening and the culture of Firmenich with you.

Discussion with the Hiring Manager

Welcome to the second stage!  Your interview with the recruiter must have been a positive experience for both you and Firmenich, and we would now like to invite you to have a  discussion with the hiring manager via phone or video conference.  During this phase the discussion will focus on your key competencies and skills relevant to the open position.


Now it’s time to  interview with Firmenich!   Depending on the position, the interview could be in-person or via video-conference or a mix of both. Our recruitment teams are experts to ensure a seamless scheduling process and make your time as efficient as possible.  Rest assured!

Interviews are always a dialogue, so do not be shy to ask us questions about our unique culture, values, people, career development, etc. This will also be a time that you may have  the opportunity to visit some of our fantastic work environments which have been designed and developed to maximize collaboration and performance.
