What if I forgot my password for the site?

Don’t worry, select “Forgot your password” – enter your registered email then submit. It’s just that simple! A link to reset your password will be sent to you. Update your password to something that is easy to remember.

I recently applied to a posted position. How can I check my application status?

Sign in, check “Job Management” and “Jobs applied” to view your status on the positions you have applied to.

How do I know my resume was received?

You will receive an email notification confirming your application was received. This email will contain the tile of the position you’ve applied to.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Our recruitment process may vary based on the role, country and level of role you are applying to. We value your time and strive for simplicity through our interview process. We will work to move you through the process as quickly as possible.

I don’t see a job that fits my skill set?

Sign up for job alerts! And let us do the work for you! We will email you opportunities based on your criteria.  Create a profile select “Options” and “Job Alerts” and create new job alert using key words, Division, County, job function or employment type.

Should I submit a paper application/ resume of CV as well?

We are unable to accept paper applications / resumes / CV’s, all applications must be completed online through our career portal.

Can I be considered for multiple jobs?

Yes, you may apply for any and all jobs that you feel you are qualified and interested in.  Your application will be considered against each job individually. 

Do I need to be eligible to work in your country? 

For legal reasons, we are obligated to follow each country’s immigration process. This may mean giving priority to candidates who already have the right to work in the location they are applying for.

Will you support my application for a work visa?

Firmenich is committed to finding the best talent and hiring the most suitable people for our roles. As a result, we may consider supporting your application for a work visa, where the legal context permits.

Can I apply for roles in countries other than my own?

Yes. Firmenich has opportunities across the world and you can apply for the roles in countries other than your own.

Will Firmenich keep my resume on file for future opportunities?

Your resume will remain in our database, unless you decide to delete your candidate profile.  However, we encourage you to apply directly for any positions that you are interested in.  

How can I remove my profile?

If you wish to no longer be considered for opportunities with us, you can opt to delete your profile. Log in select “Options” and “Settings” and “Delete Profile”. You can always change your mind and create a new profile and apply for the job in the future.

What is the dress code for the interview? 

We recommend a “business casual” dress code for interviews.

Do you provide feedback on unsuccessful applications?

If you are unsuccessful in your application, you will receive a formal notification from Firmenich.  We would still like to encourage you to apply to future roles and be a part of our external talent program.
