Account Manager Perfumery

Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and execute the regional account plan for Poland (and CEE), in line with EMEA strategy  plans and customer needs at regional level, to generate profitable and sustainable growth and be recognized for the added value that we bring to our customer.
  • The role will be located in Warsaw and  requires travel between Poland and neighborhood countries
  • Nurture and maintain a strong customer relationship across multiple stakeholders internal and external
  • Actively push for Firmenich value, customer needs (including new coming trends), competitive landscape and business potential
  • Creating in line with the regional director EE and executing an account plan that clearly contributes to the achievement and execution of the ambitious regional targets in parallel with EMEA strategy
  • Identify business opportunities (proactively or reactively through client’s brief) act on success factors and work effectively with all internal partners to implement winning action plan
  • Build in-depth knowledge of cost structure ,competitive landscape to define the strategy for new business
  • Efficiently communicate with all internal partners: product life cycle management, demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure highest customer satisfaction and maximum value extraction


We value:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in PERFUMERY Sales or in any respective industry working on Home Care, Air Care or Body Care
  • 4 year university degree.  Strongly preferred in the following discipline (Chemistry or Business)
  • Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Savvy in category conversations (chemical knowledge), experience in Perfumery being an asset
  • Ability to identify and create business opportunities, set priorities and translate into actions
  • Persistent and determined with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in English
