We are looking for a highly engaged and open minded individual, capable to take over the role as Senior Account Manager for Austria.
You will be part of a high-performance team and ensure we continue to deliver our ambitious revenue and profitability targets while playing an active role in utilizing the top line synergies of the new DSM-Firmenich set up.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Project Pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with clients on different levels of the organization
- Maximize profitability and implement relevant pricing strategy
- Develop successful working relationship with existing and new clients, establish DSM-Firmenich as a key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business
- Demonstrate strong project management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand and document the competitive landscape and implement actions through Account Plan for strategically identified customers

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Commercial
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and / or business development within the flavor, ingredients or food and beverage industry
- In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered
- A proactive growth mindset and a can-do attitude
