Production Manager, Fragances
Location: Toluca, Mexico

Key Responsibilities:
•    Advise Senior & local management with regards to developing sustainable manufacturing excellence through clearly defined objectives and targets.
•    Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, service, cost, sustainability & asset utilization standards to achieve the organization's mission, vision, purpose, and objectives.
•    Develop at local level, high-performance driven cultures within the manufacturing base by fostering, implementing and executing Continuous Improvement principles.
•    Lead and coach productivity, materials yield and cost reduction projects to improve standards and overall Production cost per kilo.
•    Ensure collaboration with departments and areas responsible in order to achieve site and area strategic objectives.
•    Provide developmental leadership to local organization in a participative style to create a high performance & accountable organization.

We value:
•    B.S degree in Engineering or MS degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Supply-Chain Management.
•    A minimum of 7-10 years manufacturing management experience within the food, beverage, pharma, chemical or allied products industries.
•    Strong Communication and Influence skills.
•    Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and/or lean methodologies; leading & coaching CI / Cost Reduction projects/initiatives; Business Performance Management
•    Previous change management experience/ability to operate as a value-added business partner with other key stakeholders to drive change.
•    Fluent English, written and spoken.
