Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares regulatory documentation independently for customer requests and submissions relating to the safety/regulatory compliance aspects of Firmenich products;
• Reviews formulas to determine if they meet government, industry, customer, and company guidelines for safety and regulatory compliance.  In cases of potential non-compliance, assists the creator in making necessary modifications;
• At the time of changes and additions to the government, industry, or client standards, assists in the review of current customer formulas to determine where necessary changes may have to be made;
• Discusses, with both internal and external customers various standards, regulations, and guidelines concerning Firmenich product

You bring:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Regulatory/ QC related division gained from F&F, food or chemical companies
• Native level Japanese and good written and spoken English at report writing and presentation-level is a plus
• A 4-year university degree in Chemistry or life science (preferably Food Science)
• Good communication skill
