To provide systems administrative services to all SPM and Spray Dry (SD) departments to ensure the smooth running of both areas in terms of paperwork completion and compliance. Liaising with Team Leaders in both areas, understanding and achieving SAP transaction deadlines. This role owns the booking in and releasing of orders, closing transactions and printing of labels. Control and ownership of daily production paperwork to aid the smooth running of the functions

Your Key Responsibilities
- Releasing and booking in of paperwork relating to daily production orders using SAP ensuring a comprehensive handover is compiled for the afternoon and night shift Team Leaders
- Printing of all labels associated with daily production orders, ensuring labels are correct and forwarded to the Team Leader to progress in the Plant
- Work with both SPM and SD Team Leaders to support day to day system administration tasks
- Prioritise daily workload ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within the allocated time ensuring there are no delays to forward movement of finished goods into the warehouse.
- Ordering of departmental PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) keeping stock records together with confirmation of allocation to individuals. Other ‘ad hoc’ consumables also to be ordered and added to the inventory list
- General administration tasks relating to SPM and SD under the direction of the Team Leader

You bring
- Good level of general education to minimum A Level standard.
- Experience within FMCG/Consumer goods is an advantage.
- Proven experience of working in an administrative environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills required with experience of Office 365, Microsoft Teams. SAP knowledge essential
- Excellent level of organisational skills and engaging communicator with ability to prioritise the demands of the working day.
- Ability to cope under pressure and work flexibly.
