With the Senior Director Creation & Development Center (CDC) in Firmenich Paris you follow the creation of product excellence, resulting in winning perfumes by mobilizing. This position will satisfy client needs by providing excellent customer service to target clients in strategic segments.
Strategic:
• Communicate, disseminate and implement the Perfumery Division and FF global strategy/vision
• Develop a clear development strategy to deliver into long term plans for FF Development teams
• Manage the change process by ensuring achievement of projects to time, cost and specification
Operational:
Clients
• Focus resources towards target clients and target segments
• Optimize wins by planning and implementing client and segment strategies and action plans hence providing excellent customer service
Projects
• Ensure smartest, most efficient utilization of regional resources for all projects
• To be actively involved in the perfumer development phases of major projects
• Stimulate innovation and creativity from development resources
• Working with Sales team to ensure a fully integrated approach to growing our future business
• Be aware of margin policies, monitors projects and commercial pricing strategies to ensure that we are running our business in the most profitable way
