Team Lead (Production)

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team in achieving results in all areas by:

• Daily direction setting for the team
• Coordinating of resources/managing flexibility as schedule changes                      
• Coaching team members (i.e. Quality, Safety, Stewardship, EO)                                              
• Holding team members accountable
• assigned responsibilities, expectations, and process to manage contractor issues, & reporting Contractor issues.
• Drive & execute operational improvement projects
• Provide training to compounders on techniques, quality of materials, and procedures
• Execute operational root cause analysis (RCA) for QHSE incidents

• Handle processing reactors based on standard parameters automation control and standard procedure.

          Safety & Quality

• Manage the team’s safety BOS and follow-up actions.
• Follow 5S standards, safety policies/procedures, GMPs, and ensure areas are neat & clean work
• Responsible for the desired quality results and visually inspects compound to ensure consistency of color, viscosity, etc;

We value:

• NITEC / Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar job.
• Applicants with SAP knowledge will be preferred
• Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast pace manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses Forklift is preferred
