Regional Account Manager, P&G Account

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure we become our clients’ reference and preference; translate and anticipate customer requirements and manage customer expectations by effective communication and mobilization of resources;
  • Have experience of, be willing to, define consumer needs, and work closely with CI and the creative teams often immersed in market to deliver solutions that meet these needs.  Be able to successful translate the insights and solutions into written and verbal communication that is persuasive to our client.
  • Establish/ Maintain excellent relationship to client at all levels including the most senior level within the area of responsibility; fully understand the decision-making process and way of doing business; provide client with optimal service; have in-depth brand knowledge;
  • Commercial lead for P&G GBU Asia on selected Fabric Care/Beauty Care projects/initiatives (drives planning and execution with the regional team: brief management using Firmenich IS tools provided regular price calculation, timing, client contact, internal project management, consumer research, technical and regulatory affairs, as aligned with Regional Leaders.
  • Drive client engagement on market updates, fragrance inspiration (Olfactive Snapshot) and other value adding interaction related to projects (Beauty & Fabric & Home Care)
  • Define & Drive selected strategic initiatives and establish new partnership with P&G in key enterprise markets (Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia) to find and capture new business opportunities
  • Lead selected client projects (pro-active, solicited) Builds, motivates, coaches and trains regional category teams; mobilizes the global network towards common goals;

  • At least 5 years of solid track record in account management or product development in a global environment
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Business Economics, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
  • Strong Project, stakeholder and cross functional teams management Skills

  • Candidates with olfactive skills and technical product knowledge will be highly advantageous
