 Internal Logistics Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of inbound and outbound warehouse operations
  • Ensure excellent inventory control in warehouse, planning of daily task and work allocation
  • Manage the external 3PL providers
  • Maintaining operational duties like inventory records, transfer, delivery and routing forms
  • Arrange & coordinate outgoing shipment to customers & support urgent deliveries to meet requirements.
  • Monitoring of staff performance, and implementation of continuous work improvements through lean process
  • Ensuring smooth operation in supervising warehouse staffs and managing daily work task and maintaining high standards of services
  • Conduct Risk Assessment on Warehouse operations and provide solutions/ alternatives
  • Develop or improvised SOP and ensure adherence by the team
  • Manage cross functional CAPEX and Lean projects to improve Safety, Quality and Productivity
  • Initiate and manage OPEX reduction projects
  • Manage a team of storekeepers and an admin clerk

We value:

  • At least Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistics Management
  • Min 5 years working experience in related field
  • Possess good people and project management skills
  • Able to multi-task in stressful and fast pace environment
  • Possess Forklift license
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Applicants with SAP knowledge will be highly advantageous
