HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of full spectrum of payroll for Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam and work closely with the external payroll processing partners
- Review and manage all employee benefits across Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam
- In charge of annual budget collation on personnel cost, annual benchmark exercise and total compensation/benefits review
- Work closely with Supply Chain HRBP on audits (i.e. SMETA, ISO)
- Handle claims from government agencies such as NS MUP claims and parenthood claims
We value:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll, C&B or similar capacity
- Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Administration or relevant disciplines
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Being meticulous and pro-active in providing solutions and problem-solving
- Candidates of immediate availability will be highly advantageous
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
