HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • In charge of full spectrum of payroll for Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam and work closely with the external payroll processing partners
  • Review and manage all employee benefits across Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam
  • In charge of annual budget collation on personnel cost, annual benchmark exercise and total compensation/benefits review
  • Work closely with Supply Chain HRBP on audits (i.e. SMETA, ISO)
  • Handle claims from government agencies such as NS MUP claims and parenthood claims

 

We value:

 

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll, C&B or similar capacity
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Being meticulous and pro-active in providing solutions and problem-solving
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
