HR MANAGER

The role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting to the HR Director SEA. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of Human Resources activities and partner with the business division on strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

HR Business Partnering for Supply Chain Division and 2 other divisions

  • Be the strategic HR Business Partner
  • Responsible for the day-to-day HR operations pertaining to the Employee Life Cycle from sourcing, hiring, onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with COE for Learning & Development to cultivate a thriving learning culture

 

HR Consultation

  • Partner with the business on Talent Acquisition activities in Singapore
  • Adviser to HR Service Center in terms of administration of employees’ records in HRIS
  • Maintain and administer compensation and benefits program for both local employees and expatriates
  • Validate the monthly payroll to ensure accuracy submitted by HR Specialist and payroll partner compliance on expatriate tax requirements via tax service provider.
  • Responsible for all government surveys and yearly HR audits.

  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in full spectrum HR or similar capacity
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and pro-active in providing solutions and problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Keen to liaise with multiple stakeholders across levels and diversity
