HR Intern
Intern Title: HR Intern
Purpose:
Reporting to the HR director, the intern will assist with two key areas of HR operations and training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Day to Day HR operations
The intern will provide support to the HR specialist in the day to day operations of local HR functions such as new hire onboarding procedures and preparations, benefits administration and employee personnel files maintenance.
Training
The intern will gain exposure to the Firmenich training framework and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers to ensure proper training process and procedures are adhered to. The intern will also assist to maintain the training database to ensure all records are well documented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Study HR related course.
The ideal candidate must be meticulous with an eye for details.
The intern should also possess strong MS Office skills including Excel, primarily used for data collation and analysis.
