Key Responsibilities:

  • Job rotation across Supply Chain Business Units. (E.g. Planning, Customer Experience, Transport & Distribution)  
  • Explore and implement tools to increase touchless orders from customers to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct a value stream map of an order from order acquisition to delivery.
  • Support annual customer surveys including providing feedback analysis and the development of action plans.
  • Assist to reduce overall inventory cost by optimizing forecast, providing analysis and provision of customer demand, rigorous monitoring of on-time delivery
  • Maximize business benefit by developing and implementing the right Customer Care strategies that leverage Firmenich capabilities
  • Participate and represent the region in global Customer Experience projects.
