Customer Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check Incoming Orders (e.g If Sample Order is good for further processing, any special condition etc)
  • Check for stock availability against order quantity and plan for order fulfilment.  
  • Document preparation for Transfer Order, Outbound Delivery, Post Goods Issued, and Invoicing
  • Liaise with external parties for shipment of orders via courier or air.
  • Communicate with requestor
  • Assist with Material Safety Data Sheet printing
  • Be the backup for IATA Dangerous Goods Auditor  


We value:

  • Minimum a Diploma holder with 5 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certified and has been doing DG shipment in the past 2 years
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, and good with systems
  • Prior SAP experience will be advantageous
  • Detailed and analytical
