Senior Communications Manager, APAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content development (storytelling, writing, scripting, videos, press releases, Q&A, fact sheets, content packages, quotes, etc for Web, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
  • Media relations (targeting, outreach, editorial calendars, relationship building, etc)
  • Public relations (influencers, partnerships, sponsorships, representation, network building, etc)
  • Event coordination and management (conferences, events, etc)
  • Digital and social media advocacy, and communications training and education
  • Project management, reporting, statistics and analytics, research and competitive analysis

 

We value:

  • Superior command of the English language (both written and verbal skills) and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant communications experience: Innovative and effective, multi-channel content development experience, confirmed expertise across social media platforms (live and breathe social media, ie. micro-influencer or someone truly embedded into the social media scene), digital leadership (Web, CRM, etc), media and public relations expertise
  • Fragrance or beauty experience, as well as experience working in an international organization, is a plus
  • Creativity, flexibility and reliability, with a strong attention to details, organized and efficient
  • Ability to juggle many projects at the same time, ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel…)
