Sales Account Manager APAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients business in the region
  • Identify business potentials and perform competitive analysis
  • Convert business opportunities into sales
  • Identify and build new client base to expand Campus’ in the region
  • Prepare yearly budget and detail business plan for each customer
  • Build client intimacy through regular proactive visits
  • Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities
  • Proactively and innovatively promote Campus' technologies and products portfolio to clients 
  • Maintain close working relationship with Campus’ R&D Department
  • Direct report to Campus’ APAC Sales Director based in Italy

  • Excellent command of English
  • Ideally a Food / Meat Technologist Degree
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application
  • Solid experience and proven track record in Sales
  • Drive for results, with competitive mindset
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
  • Proactive approach, able to develop business ‘from scratch’
  • Availability to travel
