Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive and accelerate our market share growth in Body Home Care (BHC) for Global Business Units (GBU) and local/regional markets
  • To lead and coordinate the business development plans for the region by ensuring alignment in account and category planning
  • Lead market intelligence by identifying better untapped potentials and capture market opportunities in markets, categories, channels and client types
  • Work and partner closely with the commercial leaders in the region to leverage on best practices and market insights
  • Develop and build on the strategy that identify white space, prospective brands to be launched and fulfilling with markets in the region
  • To bring together business synergies across markets, clients, categories through leveraging on multiple markets adaption, wherever possible
  • Work and partner closely with  project management team composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical, consumer insights and marketing professionals

 

We value:

  • At least 5 years of solid track record in business development or account management.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
  • Strong market knowledge and client network in the SEA region will be vital for the role
  • Knowledge in Fragrances, Beauty & Skin Care category an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skill and can lead a cross-functional team in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
