The Activation Marketing Manager is fully embbeded into the Sweet Goods business category team, working hand in hand with his/her marketing colleagues as well as the Technical and Sales experts to connect insights to value and create delicious and nutritious products on Taste, Texture & Health for the Dietary & Nutrition and Bakery & Cereals industry.

You key responsibilities
- Design and Deploy the Regional initiatives and its associated tools (materials, deliverables) relevant for the Category
- Co-Drive and Co Deliver answers to customers briefs
- Actively contribute to built the innovation pipeline linking customer's challenges and consumers expectations to support the category growth
- Coach and Train Sales Teams on value proposals for Global and Regional initiatives

You bring
- Marketing experience (>5 years) ideally in Nutritional products
- Appetite to connect the dots using multiple insights (market datas, trends, innovation…)
- Driven by the passion of Food and Beverages (technical background in F&B is a must have)
- Creative thinker and up for challenging the status quo
- Collaborative and team spirit
