Marketing Manager


Location: Sharnbrook, United Kingdom

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • European Category Manager Bakery and D&N (Dietary & Nutrition): Drive these Categories with a European scope, together with the Technical Category Manager by building the regional category strategies for Flavors.
  • Understanding the categories drivers and trends; identifying with affiliates and commercial team future opportunities, turning these opportunities into actionable initiatives & ensuring the right portfolio of flavor solutions.
  • Scandinavia Marketing Manager: Develop, adapt and present relevant product concepts to existing and potential new clients in Scandinavia across Sweet Goods & Beverages category
  • Driving reactive and proactive initiatives: Ensure proper client briefs execution by providing the right targeted marketing support. 
  • Work with sales to build strong client relationships, understand clients' strategies, priorities and brands and provide them with the most relevant flavor solutions. Develop proactive solutions locally or to deploy into our European network of colleagues.

 

We value:

 

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing in the FMCG, flavor or Food & Beverages industry.
  • B2B multi-countries experience highly valued
  • Flexibility and capability for a high level of business travel (across UK, Denmark & Switzerland)
  • Professional English. Danish not mandatory but could be a plus.
  • Business acumen with high leadership & drive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a hands on & can-do attitude mindset
