Commercial Assistant

Location: Bedford, Colworth Park, UK 

 

Sales Coordinator - Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week for 12 Months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales executives to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally ;
  • Support projects administration, account management activities (such as customer data and products life cycle) and routine inquiries from clients. 
  • Handle customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.
  • Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information. Maintain commercial contracts and agreements.  
  • Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, products submitted etc).
  • Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions, take care of day to day client requests; collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as sales’ support or customer care experience in a corporate environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude, able to work independently with great organizational skills combined with rigour.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • A keen work ethic and self-motivation with a positive attitude, sense of empathy to others, willing and happy to give support.
  • Strong capability with IT systems and tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
