Techincal Sales Sr Manager,Sugar Reduction

Location: Shanghai, China


Key Responsibilities:


  • Co-design the commercialization strategy for sweetness solutions
  • Drive the strategy through the sales and business development organizations
  • Maintain top level relationships at key clients
  • Support Sales organization with Project Management and product knowledge
  • Open new opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Accelerate revenues and market share growth


We value:


  • Technical education, ideally in food science and technology or a relevant professional experience. Strong sales background with entrepreneurial qualities.
  • Knowledge of the sweeteners industry and ingredients. Technical knowledge of sugar reduction.
  • Ability to speak English and Mandarin fluently
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire. Influencing abilities and confidence operating in matrix organizations
  • Ability to travel (50%)
