Senior Commercial Manager, Distributors and Mid-Ma

Location: Shanghai, China


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage commercial relationship with FL Merged Business(es) in China, and drive it’s integration and business growth.
  • Manage and grow the Flavors distributors business in China, develop distributor channels, and mirror sub-regional sales KPIs,
  • Get the right products & technical resources (samples) at the right time for the Sub-Region sales and distributors,
  • Support distributors in achieving their growth objectives, becoming the “contact point” for the distributors
  • Support to identify SMC companies that we should be working with either directly or through distributors.
  • Integrate the “Middle Market” growth opportunities in to the national Distributor strategy



We value:


  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Food Science, Business Administration or similar
  • >10 years proven track record in sales, marketing or BD, in Flavors or Food Ingredients or similar.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin. Engaging presentation skill,
  • Strategic thinking, Leading through Vision and Values, Planning & Organizing,
  • Building Partnerships internally and externally,
  • Team Player
