SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (Food Service)

<span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Location: <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Shanghai<span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">, China

 

<span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Manage and drive the relationship with selected contract manufacturers to develop our seasoning business and build volumes within the Chinese regulatory context – such as Bolex;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Manage and build relationships and business with our selected Food Service technical partners such as Griffith;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Leverage our global leadership in flavoring systems for meats and plant protein “meats” across Europe and NA to grow and support our business in China, incorporating Campus;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Ensure coverage through local CDs and ACMs of intermediate plant protein suppliers such as Cargill, Rouquette, etc.
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Build relationships and grow business with the key formed protein/meat suppliers to the QSR industry such as Sunner, McKey, Tyson, etc.; 
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Working with the Savory Category/BD Manager and Technical Director, provide feedback on our Paste/Reaction capabilities and products to ensure we are bringing the best tools to the market and winning business, identifying gaps in our capabilities or areas for improvement;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Working with the CDs and Category Manager support efforts in the CQSR (Chinese Quick Serve Restaurant) chain to develop flavors, reactions and pastes for the Hot Pot markets;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">In a hybrid BD role, support the development and commercialization of Campus savory across our customers;
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Also in a hybrid BD role, drive and support the growth of our seasoning business across categories to ensure we are competitive. 

 

 

 

<span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">We value:

 

  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Minimum <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">8-10<span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif"> year experience with measurable track records in sales account management in Food service or QSR industry.
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Integrity, passionate & desire for customer intimacy building
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Be able to work in virtual network and get things done without line management authority.
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Solid experience in managing project across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects)
  • <span style="font-family:"DINPro",sans-serif">Technical background in food science and / or economics but with food science experience
