Marketing Manager

Location: Minhang, Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

•    Grows business and profitability of category in conjunction with creation, development and sales teams by translating marketing insights into fragrance relevant solutions;
•    Develops a specific marketing strategy for the category in line with the category plans and regional needs;
•    Leads and follows global executions of category strategies with regional alignment and communication;
•    Leads development and implementation of global marketing methods with regional alignment and communication
•    Leads knowledge management of category specifics by ensuring proper usage of standard processes and tools;
•    Is the marketing insights expert for category-specific discussions with senior clients


We Value:

•    Bachelor degree or above in marketing, social science, business administration or equivalent
•    Good Commend of Chinese and English; Excellent bilingual writing skills
•    3-5 years proven track record in fragrance marketing, B2B marketing, FMCG marketing, advertise agency or the like
•    Structured thinking, Planning & Organizing, Building Partnerships
•    Excellent at PPT making,  engaging presentation skill. Experience in photographing is preferred.
