As the suitable applicant, you will join the Analytical Innovation research team and be responsible for the sample preparation and chromatographic analysis of flavor ingredients.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare biomass, including grinding, sifting, and making solvent extracts.

• Prepare sample solutions prior to instrumental analysis, and acquire reliable analytical data according to an experimental protocol.

• Assist to arrange experimental files and data.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• University or college undergraduate or graduate majored in chemistry, pharmacy or other natural products related disciplines.

• Solid basic knowledge in organic chemistry and analytical chemistry required; knowledge in phytochemistry, flavor science or organic synthesis preferred.

• Passion and autonomy to the lab work.

• Experience in the laboratory preferred.

• Experience on GC, GC/MS or UPLC preferred.

• Basic English skills in speaking and writing.
