IS BUSINESS LEAD PLANT & Digital
Location: Minhang District, Shanghai , China
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide functional knowledge to lead/support China digital plan (i.e. technology watch, best practices) and lead digital solution development and maintenance
· Play the role of IS relationship manager with the site, linking with site leadership and contributing to site strategy and voice out site IS needs
· Manage the IS – IT/OT Factory project portfolio by shaping & capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities and deliver projects (on time, on budget, on scope, risks managed) together with the factory teams and global IS teams
· Provide local support for defined factory and global solutions, ensure SLAs are met, and relevant site Knowledge Base articles are up to date
· For site, ensure that the ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that asset inventories are up to date
· Coach the site Engineering teams and provide general support on other IS solutions used in the factory to promote good security practices and IS practices
We Value:
· At least bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
· 3+ years of experience in IS with good exposure to the factory IT/OT environment; preferred in a process/batch or relevant industry sector, and 2+ yrs' experience in IT/OT Support/Run as well asproject management skills with sound technical understanding, for example but not limited PLC, SCADA
· Desired full stack solution development experiences (front-end & back-end) highly desired with knowledge of Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, API/Web service, relational database (i.e. SQL, Oracle); previous WeChat development experience is a plus
· Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, Experiences in Agile development
· Good in oral & written English, Native Chinese both oral and written. Constructive and open style of communication, must be a team player and comfortable working in a virtual team communication with different level of business stakeholders and executives
· Self-motivated, curious, open minded, resourceful and flexible with the ability to learn quickly; willingness and proven ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new areas and technologies
