Works under the supervision of Sensory & Consumer Insight Manager to support consumer insight and sensory testing.    

This individual will work with sensory scientist and CI manager to help them with sensory & consumer study.

Your key responsibilities

•  Working with sensory scientist to manage external Sensory VIP Panel, lead Sensory test and deliver the results. 
•  Support CI manage to program the projects, collect consumer data and deliver clear, relevant results  
•  Sensory lab daily maintains, including lab facilities and materials management.

You bring
•    A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, preferably with a sensory science or food science focus.  
•    Be familiar with statistical software or could learn new software.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills due to the cross-functional nature of the position. 
•    Have strong learning ability and be willing to accept challenges
•    Required to work 3-5 days per week.

Important notes

This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
