Your key responsibilities
•Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet production plan and monitor day-to-day planning urgencies and priorities are sorted in time directly or through the management of the Planning Team;
•Anticipate future shortages and take preventive actions in coordination with BP, purchasing and technical team (Airfreight, alternative sourcing, replacement).
•Cooperate with the relevant team to work out the action plan for NVA, slow moving, blocked stocks and monitor the action plan with owners closely.
•Monitor the inventory level for both Firchina and Firjiang in order to achieve the target set by global.
•Organize team DDS meeting and collect the critical issues to raise up the management. Ensure close communication and management of Key stakeholders.
•Handle parts of raw materials and plan, review and release Purchase Orders to vendor with the right quantity and at the right time, collaborate closely with internal functions to mitigate supply shortage.

You bring
•Excellent communication skill. 
•Candidate that possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant. 
•Above 5 years of experience in Raw Material Planning from manufacturing background (similar industry will be an advantage).
•Knowledge in MRP concept and proficiencies in SAP ECC and APO, Kinaxis skill is perfect.
•Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel Analysis 
•Fluent English speaking and writing

Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
