Research Associate, Naturals

Pay Range: $67,500 - $84,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare natural materials for fractionation process; solid phase extraction (SPE) and HPLC based fractionation of natural samples
• Sample registration and detailed documentation of experiments and results
• Work in collaboration with colleagues in an interdisciplinary research team
• Perform analysis of data and write technical reports
• Adhere to internal HS&E standards and policy

We value:

• Knowledge and experience in laboratory chemistry
• A general understanding of HPLC and sample preparation
• Experience with natural products isolation and purification is a plus
• Ability to work on multiple and technically diverse projects, flexibility in the organization of daily work, including autonomous planning and execution of experiments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or other degree with relevant experience. 1 to 2 years of lab experience in the analysis/purification of small molecules or natural products
