Regional TA Lead
Princeton, NJ / USA 

As the Regional Talent Acquisition lead, you will represent the highly dynamic and exciting Talent Acquisition function in the region and work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to roll out strategic and operational talent acquisition programs and initiatives that are tailored to regional/local requirements and needs. You will partner with regional business, function and HR leaders in order to ensure efficient and best in class candidate and hiring manager-centric services that meet the needs of the organization. You will be part of a Global Talent Acquisition community, in which you will adopt practices and drive them regionally.

Your key responsibilities
• Drive the regional implementation of our future TA Target Operating Model
• Lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the region, collaborate and take the lead in all TA related subjects (e.g. talent identification, early career program, graduate recruitment, vendor management    etc.) on regional while supporting on local level.
•  Lead the implementation of a robust onboarding process  
• Use data on Talent Acquisition to inform and shape our Talent agenda 
• Manage and coach a team of TA professionals in your region and actively shape the global TA agenda as part of a larger TA function.
•  Align regional DEI Strategy in Talent Acquisition to ensure diverse workforce integration

You bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

•  At least 10 years, Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.

• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and recruitment technologies
• Strong understanding of current market trends and sourcing techniques
• Strong leadership skills and act as a role model as this role manages a big team both direct and indirect
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making


Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
