The Regional Rewards Lead is responsible for developing and executing a competitive compensation strategy and comprehensive total rewards programs aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the Rewards Lead is responsible for designing, planning, implementing benefits, wellness, retirement and compensation programs, policies and procedures. This role conducts market analysis, executive compensation, manages benefits administration, ensures compliance, and utilizes data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and retention across the region. Must have experience with short and long term incentives as well as sales force bonus plans .This role will also create ways to ease local mobility transfers into USA.

You bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience, at least 10 years in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a global or regional role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Must have experience with short and long term incentives as well as sales force bonus plans .
• Experience in HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems could be an advantage
• Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits design, benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Strong leadership skills and act as a role model as this role manages a team of direct reports
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
