Senior Transformation & Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transformation office for several initiatives driving growth and margin of T&B division
  • Support regional commercial teams on profitability/vitality analysis with recommendations.
  • Effectively support to the daily price quotation request from the regional commercial team within the agreed lead time, taking into account manufacturing planning scenarios, batch order sizes, minimum order quantities, payment terms, standard pack sizes, incoterms, margin targets and other commercial context.
  • Create and periodically update the Regional Portfolio Price Lists with precision.
  • Support technical team on Reverse Calculation Tool usage.
  • Deliver Trainings to Regional stakeholders on Pricing Office activities, business rules, processes and guidelines.
  • Conduct portfolio profitable analysis and lead the action plan.
  • Develop a close network with the regional pricing organization for regular communication and sharing of best practice. Building proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders in the pricing process. (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling teams)


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, costing,  finance function preferably with manufacturing industry experience
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance
  • Ambitious to grow within the Pricing / project management and related functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge in SAP finance modules
  • High standard presentation and communication skills
  • Team Player that is able to work well in a collaborative environment
