Sr. Pricing & Transformation Analyst-Princeton, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively support the daily price quotation requests from the regional commercial team within the agreed lead time, taking into account manufacturing planning scenarios, batch order sizes, minimum order quantities, payment terms, standard pack sizes, incoterms, margin targets and other commercial context.
  • Create and periodically update the Regional Portfolio Price Lists with precision.
  • Support regional commercial teams on profitability/vitality analysis with recommendations. Support technical team on Reverse Calculation Tool usage.
  • Deliver Trainings to Regional stakeholders on Pricing Office activities, business rules, processes and guidelines.
  • Conduct portfolio profitability analysis and lead execution on action plan.
  • Develop a close network with the regional pricing organization for regular communication and sharing of best practice. Building proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders in the pricing process. (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling teams)
  • Issue monthly pricing related reports using sales SPIRE reporting system.
  • Drive pricing transformation with the strategic transformation office.



  • 3-5 years of experience in costing / pricing / margin management, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Engineering related areas
  • Strong analytical skills with SAP Financial modules
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
