Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager reports to the Director Talent Acquisition North America and will be accountable for full recruitment life cycle management of assigned requisitions. 


• Lead intake discussion and recruitment strategy development with hiring manager
• Establish clear expectations and SLAs
• Execute against sourcing strategy leveraging available resources as well as generating ideas for alternative sourcing channels to ensure a diverse candidate slate
• Screen all applicant resumes against job requirements and submit relevant candidates to hiring manager for further review
• Conduct initial phone or video interview for shortlisted candidates and share feedback with hiring manager
• Coordinate stakeholder interview process with selected interview panel and manage candidate debrief discussions
• Develop offer proposals for selected candidates and extend verbal offers

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related discipline required.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition managing full recruiting life cycle
