Sr. Director Sales Business Development (Fragrance

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities expanding regional NAM account base, customize targeting strategies to growth brands across key Body and Home Care segments throughout various channels (ie manufacturer, 3rd party, private label, e-commerce)
  • Seek, develop and execute new business platforms to serve as catalyst for growth for NAM market inclusive of strategic partnerships, alliances, business models, new segment entry
  • Drive profitable growth and pipeline vitality targets (short and long term)  vs. P&L objectives working closely with Regional VP
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global category leaders, creation and development, marketing, consumer insights and all support groups to align resources against client projects to achieve business objectives
  • Build and promote strong client intimacy, negotiate agreements, drive productive client partnerships and leverage of Firmenich’s distinctive capabilities to help our clients discover and leverage the power of fragrance in their business.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years successful fragrance/flavor sales and management experience
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of transformational sales growth and business development
  • Strong business acumen with  P&L management experience
  • Advanced sales and negotiation skills
