Sr. Analyst - Benefits & Compensation - Princeton,

 

The Senior Analyst, Benefits & Compensation will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the North American benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs) and provide support to compensation activities. The Senior Analyst investigates new programs, improves processes related to existing programs, actively enhances and improves the employee experience, analyses data, utilizes benchmarking information, proactively addresses open issues, responds to employee inquiries and manages the day to day relationship with third-party benefits administrators and service providers. 
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Benefits
•    Support the execution of the benefits strategy including participation in the evaluation of vendors, review of benchmark data and communication of changes to employees
•    Analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations
•    Actively improve the employee experience through identifying opportunities for streamlined processes and enhancing tools and education
•    Partner with vendors to resolve issues, respond to employee questions and look for opportunities to prevent future issues
•    Assist in the development and delivery of benefits communication materials, including new hire benefits orientation
•    Oversee the preparation and ensure the accuracy of Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBCs), insurance certificates and Summary Plan Descriptions

 

Compensation
•    Support the annual compensation benchmarking process
•    Assist with the completion of annual compensation surveys
•    Assist with conducting internal pay analyses, including analyses of updated benchmarking data impact, internal equity and market adjustments

 

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree preferred within the following disciplines (Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management).
•    3-5 years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources or other related function
