SR. Account Manager - Princeton, NJ

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Consumer Fragrances Division in our North American Corporate headquarters located in Princeton, NJ.


This is a critical role which involves taking leadership for the North American Home Care business and Global Oral Care business of a Key Global Account  with significant sales. This Senior Account Manager, as part of a global team, will develop, implement and execute a sales strategy with the objective of sales growth and developing business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to drive profitable sales growth, communicate and inspire at all levels and achieve objectives within a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined and multi-geographical team environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and develop business through global strategy, with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset to evolve and improve that strategy.

•Support Global Business Development Director to identify and create new business growth opportunities.

•Develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles to success and implement projects with agility.

•Own the client relationship to ensure optimal growth by providing market trend presentations and implications for client business, and by leading development on proactive and solicited client briefs, clearly defining strategy and action plan, as well as decision factors and success criteria.
•Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the internal cross-functional team to bring solutions for the client to the next level.
•Build the account plan and sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives and ensure all commercial data and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
•Collaborate with demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure high level of service to client and define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project.

 

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree

•Minimum 5 years Flavor & Fragrance or CPG industry experience
