Regulatory Data Compliance Specialist-Princeton,NJ

As a member of our Global Data Compliance Team within Global Regulatory Services (GRS) you will analyze and translate global regulatory requirements into data that are used for verifying compliance of our fragrances and flavors according to different legal, industry regulatory and customers’ requirements. In addition, you will contribute to the improvement of existing systems and tools with a goal of increasing automation of compliance checks for fragrances.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input new regulatory requirements (client, country, internal, etc.) in databases
  • Identify and communicate the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Ensure data and documentation integrity.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and best practices related to data management.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of information systems and databases.
  • Provide best-in-class support to the Perfumery and/or Flavor Division and other GRS teams on regulatory aspects.
  • Support local GRS management for special projects (20%)

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field.
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with good knowledge of fragrance and/or food, flavor, cosmetic and chemical regulations, database systems.
