Regional Demand Planner
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality demand plans through global guidance to our demand planning community (e.g. phase in / phase out, product lead time, customer dominant items, excess & obsolescence risk, product planning guidelines, training on the new process and tools support)
- Work closely with key clients to capture the most realistic demand and look for collaboration and final consensus of the forecast through Sales and Customer Care departments
- Understand key business drivers of customer teams and market demand volumes to evaluate major demand risks including upside and downside demand scenarios
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. Ensure global consistency of the data. Ensure actions are taken against the volume-value gap on the market
- Responsible for KPI Demand Planning Accuracy as well as analysis and proactively influencing delivery performance, through constant improvement of the service level
- Participate in all the committees where decisions are taken about new products, new adoptions, discontinuations, etc. ensuring a good understanding of volumes, formats and dates
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
We value:
- University title of business, economics, engineering, mathematics or similar
- 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role or in contact with the customers/demand in the consumer sector in a multinational environment
- Advanced English level, SAP knowledge and Excel
- Abilities of analysis, organization, presentation and teamwork.
- Proactivity and communication skills are highly required
- High level of autonomy
