Project Director- Citrus, Princeton, NJ

 

 

We currently have an incredible opportunity for a Citrus Tonality Project Director based in our Princeton, NJ offices.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design, organize and staff the Citrus Tonality projects assigned by Tonality leader.
• Drive Tonality projects to ensure effective delivery of targeted solutions.
• Design and drive Citrus Tonality and Palette developments from research to launch by leading a cross-functional team ;
Cover all facets of the project Including:
 - market & competitive landscape (solutions, new technologies, Flavors best sellers)
 - regulatory landscape
 - Internal experts views
 - customers insights and validation of prototypes
 - consumer insights and validation of prototypes
• Ensure that the project teams operate in an environment that generates innovative, patentable and/or cost-effective solutions to solve identified technical problems;
• Works closely with other teams including Regional & Global Teams, Human Insights, Innotech Team and external partners to ensure that the product or technical solution is launched to the zones with the appropriate supporting documents
• Connect with customers during the development and the promotion of Firmenich Natural platform.
• Develop and provide training required to launch new products/solutions to key global clients or to internal Firmenich sales people, marketing or applications people;
• Acts as a mentor and provides guidance and direction to more junior members of the team and /or customer team applications specialists;

Requirements:
• BS/BA degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Flavors, Ingredients or CPG experience required
