Production Process Specialist - Princeton, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position will require the ability to collect data from the production floor and perform analytical and statistical evaluation to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Instrumental in daily shop floor sub team meetings for displaying data, and providing the education to the shop floor operators and technicians on KPI trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the leadership team by tracking KPI data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and identify gaps that can be translated to opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to manage projects with cross-functional groups, conduct time studies and apply LEAN mfg concepts as needed to streamline workflow
  • Learn and apply root cause analysis to production and planning issues to improve processes
  • Assist in providing data for budget preparation
  • Be familiar with QHSE policies and procedures to translate shop floor activities to improvements in standard operating procedures



  • Bachelor Degree Business, Science or field related to supply chain or manufacturing
  • 1-3 years experience in data analysis in a manufacturing environment.  Project management skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in both production and office area.
  • Frequently lift a 35 lb product hose; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs; required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). 
  • Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold); must have the ability to operator a forklift.
