Flavorist/Sr. Savory - Princeton, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global projects and Clients – lead and manage creative briefs to meet the objectives.
  • Support internal and external requests for any change impacting our raw material portfolio.
  • Participate on internal digitalization projects.
  • Ensure timely and quality brief execution.
  • Maintain organized and efficient laboratory equipment and environment.
  • Provide technical flavor support to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Work with regions to develop and maintain relationships at our customers and participate in a team-selling approach; accompany account executives as needed.
  • Participate in the global Flavor Creation community, collaborating with colleagues in other zones as needed in flavor creation or creative insights.
  • Mentor and train the flavor creation community.
  • Work closely across all T&B division.
  • Adhere to good creative practice, formulating to producing high quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Food Technology or Chemistry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in creating winning flavors for Savory.
  • Have international experience.
  • An extensive  knowledge and understanding on raw materials.
  • Understanding on Applications, Regulation, Production, Analysis, Quality.
  • Ability to Travel.
