The Financial Analyst role is an active contributor to the US Finance Operations team and the person will play a key role in the tracking and the analysis of expenses and production costs for several production sites in the US. The role also will support ad-hoc business and financial analyses for the operations and the commercial organizations.

Your key responsibilities
- Monitor plant controlling activities with a focus on expenses for several manufacturing sites, provide cost analysis, maintain scorecards accordingly to the Group and Financial procedures.
- Support the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization and investment decisions.
- Participate in Period End Monthly Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration team, manage and support the development of the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget processes for the plants.
- Review and set the annual standard costs and ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines on standard costing, contribute to build up the performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement.
- Participate to Control and Audit activities led by Finance & Accounting, and develop High Level Control activities to strengthen ICS, analyze and comment the COGS variances of the plant in accordance with the Group Controlling & Financial procedures.
- Assist to provide a strong understanding of expenses by the local operations organizations. Support all costing and inventories management activities together with local supply chain management, F&A and other Controllers.

You bring
- Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Business and Economy or Master’s in finance
- 5 + years’ work experience in Manufacturing controlling and know or desire to learn about product cost accounting.
- Experience in OPEX variance analysis versus Budget, Latest Forecast, and Prior Year.
- Proficient with all IT solutions and strong Microsoft Excel skills being a must; SAP FICO experience is highly desired.
- Experienced in working with multi-cultural team throughout the world
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
