Controlling Sr Manager, Flavors CoE



Key Responsibilities:
• FP&A role within Business Controlling of Taste & Beyond division in charge to monitor performance, coordinate and consolidate the Budget / LE financials of the division.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial planning and analysis of division performance. Including monthly review for the Group and quarterly forecasts (revenues, expenses and investments) with business partners and Strategic team.
• Partner with the VP Controller of the Division and his team to publish monthly results and variance analysis.
• Provide support to the Strategic Team Executive leader and his department
• Contribute actively to the transformation of Controlling reporting Journey for the Division, with alignment with other divisions, strategic KPIs and new Customer Business Segmentation
• Lead jointly the agenda of Center of Excellence team Digital Automation for the Group Controller and participate in implementation of new EPM for the company.
• Animate the monitoring of Capex process for the division (Actuals / Budget / LE)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible controlling, accounting and finance experience for a major company or division of a large manufacturing corporation in a multicultural environment. Experience in the food & beverage business is a plus.
• Prior Project Management experience.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IFRS).
• Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
• Controlling plant controller experience is a plus
• Proficient in advanced Excel, SAP, BO reports and ERP tools
