Associate Sensory Scientist - Princeton, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for applying knowledge of consumer and analytical sensory methods to support the development of flavors and innovation across a breadth of food & beverage categories
• Help design and execute sensory tests (discrimination, descriptive) and quantitative consumer tests (hedonics) using standard sensory software for the Flavor Division
• Conduct routine  analysis, interpretation and reporting of test findings
• Efficiently administer the activities related to sensory & consumer panel execution, working closely with panel coordinator to ensure smooth execution and panel administration, preparation of test materials, recruitment and management of assessors, test reporting and collation of information, respecting deadlines
• Support the improvement of standardized sensory practices, protocols, and best practices
• Collaborates with technical & Marketing team members from BU’s; other team members other Sensory team members to ensure smooth work flow and open lines of communication.
• Receives technical and professional coaching and mentoring from senior team members


• BS in Food Science, Sensory Science, or related field with 1+ years of relevant experiences in sensory science required
