As a Sales Project Coordinator you’ll be working to support the Sales division day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Sales Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities
• Organize and provide well defined administrative support to the NAM and Global Account Ingredients teams
• Manage all SAP commercial data (MDM, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, product portfolio, products submitted, etc.);
• Take care of day to day client requests;
• Maintain all commercial documents, including contracts, agreements and price lists;
• Support account managers for demand planning, budget, LE etc.;
• Perform audits to assure high quality output of data, documentation and information (internal and for clients);

You bring
• High School Diploma or College Degree equivalent.
• 5-10 years of related commercial administrative & project management experience
• In depth knowledge and usage of sales and development working processes and rules
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly remotely) and with all functions internally
• Computer skills, MS Office, Excel knowledge experience required.
