Your key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic management of the flavor creation palette in collaboration with key stakeholders in creation, innovation, and procurement.
• Monitor the raw material palette balancing quick response, reduction of the complexity and stock level targets.
• Drive the Creation Palette Committee for the development of a sustainable palette in all decisions related to raw materials.
• Lead decisions around raw material shortages, coordinate implementation of solution and communicate with concerned stakeholders.
• Build KPIs relating to our creation palette and propose ways for improvement.

You bring

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management and data management, experience in consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills in MS Office tools and ERP systems (PPT, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power BI, Webi)
• Team player, able to give and take feedback, collaborate, and influence in a positive way.
• Excellent communication skills oral and written (fluent in English, additional language is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, solution oriented and decision-making skills.
