Senior Account Manager-Foodservice

Location open to Midwest/East Southeast US


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing Foodservice customer base (QSR & Key suppliers) in Midwest/ East Southeast to include existing customers and developing new customers within the Foodservice channel.
  • In cooperation with the Business Units, translates & drives the Global and Zonal Flavour Strategies into the Account Strategy and contributes to VP of Sales on zone needs for future strategies, possible risks and opportunities.
  • Ensures alignment to Taste & Beyond Division strategic objectives (category focus) and long-term market requirements.
  • Establishes and nurtures productive customer relationships at all relevant levels of accounts.
  • Fosters behaviors that are customer-centric.                                                                                                       
  • Ensures growth & maintenance of a targeted level of project vitality.
  • Maintain necessary industry-memberships (IFT, AACC, IFMA and other relevant organizations).                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

We value:

  • Solid Foodservice, QSR, supplier and/or account management background.
  • Experience calling on Foodservice QSR’s.
  • Strong technical/business background.
  • Demonstrated ability and proven track record of creating business opportunities by proposing new value propositions/models.
  • Proven track record of partnering across all levels at the client including senior management and key decision makers.
  • Proven track record for meeting or exceeding sales budget.
  • Proven track record of working well in collaborative team environment.
  • Proven success leading an effective negotiations.
  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 7 years related experience.
